Local brand logo and identity project

Local-x is a next-generation media interface, built to amplify local advertising results with expert-driven technology, premium advertising inventory access, and seamless data capabilities – all in one intuitive solution. I was tasked with creating the logo, as well as modern identity that would create an aura of sophistication and a tech-forward mindset.

The logo retains the recognizable Tobias font for "Local," reinforcing brand familiarity. The addition of a bold, sharp-edged "X" mirrors the strong, clean lines of "Local," creating a cohesive yet dynamic visual identity.

The strategic deconstruction of the "X" introduces opportunities for creative color variations, enhancing flexibility and visual interest across brand applications.

Color scheme are cool tones, pulling from the parent brand’s more vast color scheme.

For the launch of the product we created a few a promotional pieces to share with attendees. The tote bags featured the brand logo in prominence and tagline to boot, while brining in the watermark for a little more character.
