Falstaff is a passion project centered on a fictitious craft brewery nestled in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. The project encompasses the brand’s logo, visual identity, packaging, and promotional materials, all built around its mascot, Falstaff the bear. Modern engraved-style illustrations, a vibrant color palette, and bold, sporty typography come together to create a distinctive and approachable brand experience designed to resonate with craft beer enthusiasts.
The Falstaff logo combines slab serif and sans serif typography to create a bold, approachable identity that appeals to its core audience. The primary logo features a modern bear illustration that reflects the brand’s Adirondack roots, while the typography reinforces its rugged, sport-inspired character. In applications where space is limited, two alternate logo configurations provide flexibility while maintaining brand recognition and consistency.
The color palette was intentionally designed to be bold and dramatic, helping the brand command attention and stand out among competing products on crowded beer cooler shelves.
The Falstaff promotional campaign celebrates the spirit of the Adirondacks and the adventurous outdoor lifestyle that defines the region. Integrating Falstaff the bear throughout the campaign strengthens brand recognition and creates a consistent visual thread across all touchpoints.
